Homemade Raw Dark Chocolate Recipe
This easy homemade dark chocolate recipe is made with raw organic cacao butter, cacao powder, virgin cold-pressed coconut oil, natural sweeteners like raw honey or allulose, and a touch of vanilla pod powder and sea salt. - 200 g cacao powder raw organic
- 200 g cacao butter raw organic
- 1/2 cup coconut oil virgin cold presses
- 1 tsp vanilla powder can substitute with vanilla seeds or extract (NOT vanilla essence)
- 1 pinch Celtic sea salt - fine (or more if you like a saltier chocolate)
- 1/2 cup raw honey (or 9 Tbsp allulose +1/4 flat tsp powdered debittered stevia)
Melt the cacao butter in your double boiler
(If it is cold and your coconut oil is solid at room temperature - melt it together with the cacao butter)
Add your melted cacao butter, melted coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla, sweetener of choice and salt to blender jug and blend until smooth.
Stir in your chopped nuts or pop halves into your silicone moulds by hand one by one.
Pour the chocolate mixture into your silicone moulds.
Sprinkle with extra salt if you desire a more salty chocolate
